co-founded Vital Business Solutions (VBS) in 1993
and is the mastermind of our highly successful
partnerships and practices. He brings a wealth of
over 20 years of experience in the customer service
industry. Tony obtained his CGA designation while
managing VBS full-time! He is a member of many local
business associations. Tony's best attribute
is that he has a burning desire and passion to serve
and please the customer at all costs!

- Eli
has an astute technical mind. He is a big picture
thinker, leader, and planner. He has a keen eye for
detail and has the talents and skill to coordinate
and run complex projects. Eli has a Bachelor of
Science degree and many trade certifications
including CISSP, CCNP, CCNA, CCDA, MCSE for NT4, and
MCP for 2000. He brings more than 20 years
of experience in Project Management to VBS. His vision,
business acumen, and attention to detail have proven
to be vital to the success and growth of many of our
clients. Eli is a member of many technical
associations and volunteers as a mentor for some.

has over 10 years of software development consulting
experience delivering n-tier and web-based application
solutions to the oil and gas, construction and utilities
business sectors. Throughout his career Simon has
fulfilled a myriad of roles, including business and
systems analyst, designer, developer, team lead, architect,
advisor and mentor to business teams. His awareness
of the importance of attention to detail, early risk
identification and mitigation, quality and delivery
are cornerstones of his philosophy on software development.
